Terms and Conditions
Food and drink:
Consuming alcohol before and during the activity is strictly prohibited. If in doubt, our employees have the right not to let you participate in the activity without a refund. It is not allowed to consume your own food and/or drinks at the Electric Motocross Park.
Clothing:
For children:
The Electric Motocross Park provides children with full motocross gear. Shorts are recommended to wear under our motocross pants.
For adults
Electric Motocross Park provides each participant with a full motocross suit. It is allowed to wear your own motocross gear. Only approved helmets with double D closure are allowed. It is mandatory to wear socks, shorts and shirt under the motocross clothing of the Electric Motocross Park.
Electric Motocross Park offers protective clothing up to and including motocross pants size XL, shirt size XL and shoe size 47.
Liability:
Participation in the activity is at your own risk. When you register at the park, you must sign a liability waiver.
Injury:
If damage is caused by not following the instructions and/or breaking the rules and/or reckless driving, the Electric Motorcross Park has the right to recover the costs from you.
Insurance:
You are insured for any form of physical damage to yourself or to third parties through your own health insurance.
Theft or loss of property:
You are responsible for your belongings during your stay at the Electric Motocross Park. The Electric Motocross Park is not liable for theft, loss or damage to property.
Behaviour:
Visitors to the Electric Motocross Park must at all times follow the rules and instructions that apply at the Electric Motocross Park. Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff. Waiting participants or visitors must remain outside the track or the fenced off area at all times.
Exclusions:
It is not allowed or possible to participate in the activity when:
 You are not at least 6 years old
 You are pregnant
 Have physical limitations and/or injuries that adversely affect the control of the motorcycle
 Are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
Payment:
Payment is made upon registration and can be paid by card or cash. For adult groups we ask for a deposit.
Cancellation / change of number of persons:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the reserved date, the number of people can be changed up to 48 hours in advance. If the number of participants is changed within 48 hours before the start of the activity, the final number of participants will be settled with the deposit for groups.
In case of bad weather conditions, Electric Motorcross Park may have to cancel for the safety of customers, with deposits we issue vouchers to get a re-sit at a later date.

By entering our location you give permission that photo or video material can be used for promotional purposes. It is not allowed to attach a GoPro or similar film equipment to the protective clothing or motorcycle during the activity.
It is not allowed to film or photograph personnel without permission.
